Construction financing: sensible or nonsense?

Question to the masons who have recently built. How high is the pure material cost for a single-family house (foundation, basement with hollow core elements, filigree ceilings + walls without laying beams,) single-family house approximately 140 sqm on the upper and ground floor. Please no smart alecks like what about machines etc. I am simply interested in this item. Thanks

Bricks (Bellenberg S8(Haus) 42.5cm) 24cm garage together approx. €13,000
Gravel approx. €10,000 (approx. 1,000 tons)
Concrete approx. €11,000
Sewer works/wastewater pipes approx. €1,700 (KG 2000)
Ceiling house €14,000 (climate ceiling)
Ceiling garage was shuttered therefore only concrete costs + reinforcing steel
Basement walls were shuttered therefore only concrete costs + reinforcing steel
Reinforcing steel approx. €6,000

Including all interior walls? How big is your house? 140 sqm?

I wrote everything in post #18.....

For comparison: I/we also built most of it ourselves. Costs: approx. €275,000 for (gable roof, 186 sqm, basement double garage 8x8m, 180 sqm paving, without land)

-Please do not underestimate kitchen, furniture, lamps, etc., for us it was nearly €60,000 again (however, some furniture was made by a carpenter)

-Labor hours: 1600 hours builder (me/mason) 250 hrs my wife, 1050 hrs my father (retired mason) approx. 400 hours friends....

So, I am quite sure that your calculation will still add a few € more.

Ok, I understand. That means the single-family house is not basemented, but the garage has a basement. However, the furniture costs of 60k are not included in your 275k? I'm just trying to understand your post because we are planning a similar project.
