Hmm well it was something different each time. Sometimes the windows were not available. Then the roofer simply didn’t show up for a long time. For months the shell of the building stood half finished. I think it’s mainly due to the lack of money. That would also explain why work is always done on only one house and not several in parallel. The developer has only built one apartment building before. That one was completed with a delay of 1-2 months. But that was already 2 years ago.

I thought the same.... off to the lawyer and quickly!!! And even if it feels unfair, keep quiet towards your neighbors. Whoever moves first and puts the most pressure on has the best chance to get the place finished. But overall, that doesn’t sound good at all...
