What you’re saying is complete nonsense, every craftsman I have spoken to so far says "send me an email, I’ll take care of it when I have time..."

When you call, usually no one answers or you’re told to send an email with the exact details. Because no one just quickly opens their schedule on the phone and calculates a quote in their head. Nowadays everything is done via email or WhatsApp and that’s a good thing. That way you always have everything in writing, what good is a verbal promise to me?

Due to the manner of the OP, I could imagine that the construction will take a very, very, very long time and that many similar problems may still arise.

So, I wanted to point out something regarding your "Bauträger." But the tone you use here in almost every comment forbids any further remarks. They probably all have no interest anymore in polite dealings with you and are now deliberately delaying the orders for the HB figure named "Hä." And since you can't prove that anyway, you are skating on very thin ice and have no choice but to come off worse in every regard. Good luck in life. You’re going to need a lot of it!

P.S. why don't you buy the scaffold used and sell it again at the end? How do you want to apply the plaster without a scaffold? Roofing work? Roof? Painting?
