Price-wise that sounds interesting. However, we will have to build according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016. There we probably won’t be able to get by with a condensing boiler.

With the photovoltaic system, my goal is to be as independent from the market as possible. In a few years, storage systems will be more affordable, so one can certainly approach a self-sufficiency rate of 40 - 50%. Heat pumps and photovoltaics complement each other very well.

We have brine-water heat pumps with deep drilling, no gas.

Hello,

There is a lot of nonsense written about this on the internet; I have no desire to go into it again; I have already done so here often enough. If you are convinced that a ground source heat pump with ground collectors is right for you, then stick with it.

That also works without storage; for example, the Doc regularly writes here about his consumption. One of my customers just told me last week that he only has about €10.00/month in operating costs for his single-family house. I simply do not understand the deeper sense of a ground source heat pump combined with photovoltaics.

They are already affordable now; Tesla is cleaning up the market well. This also means that up to 70% autonomy can already be achieved today.

Rhenish greetings from on the road

I'm sure: With the powerful Tesla battery, reaching 70% is not a significant problem at all. Maybe a small energy management system (charge/discharge/usage management), but wasn't that included? Forgot, I need to read up on that again.

Anyway.

70% autonomy in electricity.

Sensational! If someone had told me that 20 years ago, I would have answered: Keep dreaming... today it is lived reality.

No offense, but the parts are not yet on the market – neither the price nor actual functionality is currently known, right?

Tesla is known for its top-notch marketing, but the car models also have their weaknesses – especially in range and also in the durability of the batteries.

I am also very curious about the battery but remain skeptical.
