No, definitely not. Especially fireplace stoves can turn out to be a bottomless pit. As an absolute minimum, I would estimate 10,000 EUR.

(2) Automatic residential ventilation (without heat recovery or with heat recovery): Absolutely no idea :-(

Depending on the system, between 8,000 and 15,000 EUR.

(3) Central technical shaft with laundry chute: Absolutely no idea - probably depends heavily on the architecture for efficient routing of all lines (electricity, water, laundry)

One shaft will hardly work; the arrangement of the sanitary fixtures usually does not allow this. A laundry chute doesn’t cost the earth; maybe around 1,500 EUR including flap and installation.

Then the sanitary fixtures are out... and it remains with the electrical/network/SAT/telephone shaft. I would like to have the simplest and most central access possible here for potential expansions.

Wastewater/fresh water/heating is not included with us either - as the construction expert said, this usually doesn't work.
