Construction costs per square meter - how to calculate?

From practice: we ended up at approx. €3,200/sqm (based on the net living area) including all ancillary construction costs plus the land and the incidental acquisition costs for it. The outdoor facilities and the fencing are still missing.

We have ended up at 2,500 EUR/m², excl. [Grundstück], incl. [Baunebenkosten], [Küche], [Möbel], [Innenausbau].

, these announcements are worthless if you do not provide the year of completion.

Even with the year, the figures are worthless if the region, the standard, and the own contributions are not specified. And then it is still only very limitedly transferable to one's own construction. Square meter prices are simply just a guideline for rough budget planning and feasibility assessment.

I still offer €1,350/sqm all in including incidental construction costs and garden - 300sqm in 2015 (own work architect, construction management, floor and wall coverings). Extended catchment area Düsseldorf.
