Well, as a first reference point, you can also take a look at what a similarly sized house would cost at Town & Country. That is then rather the lower end of what is qualitatively justifiable. About 30% more I would consider normal for correspondingly better equipment and quality, but if a similar house costs more than twice as much, then there must be quite a bit in it to justify that price.

... we are planning a two-story single-family house in BaWü with a gable roof 13.6 x 10 m with 180 sqm living space and usable basement (fully basemented) on 36.5 cm Ytong according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 with gas/solar underfloor heating and a double-flue chimney.
A double garage (sectional door and door to the garden) with sandwich roof 6.5 x 9 m, built masonry, which extends halfway into the house. Laundry chute, electric shutters, LCN control for ground floor lights and shutters, anhydrite screed, solid concrete landing staircase and many Weru windows (25 pieces).
