Hi,

so if you now have a brown/blue, a black, and a yellow-green cable, connecting them actually wouldn't be a problem. But with such old buildings, you really never know if it will strike you immediately or if the apartment will catch fire only when you're asleep. I would really get an electrician to connect the lamp; you don't need to listen to all the half-knowledge here. Firstly, it's not their life and secondly not their house. So better pay the 30 euros for the professional and you will be on the safe side :)

Sure. Show me an electrician who goes somewhere for 30€ just to wire a lamp.
Doesn't exist, plain and simple. No one does that.
If you want to know more precisely, look inside the control cabinet, there you should be able to see what is wired how. Or take a picture and post it here.

No? Well then... I definitely had our stove connected to the three-phase power and there were two electricians there, it cost me a bit over 30 euros. Of course, they were local. And a lamp shouldn’t be much more effort either. I don’t know where you search for and find your craftsmen Apokolok, but maybe you shouldn’t always choose the ones on Google where it says "Anzeige".

So honestly, finding a craftsman for a tiny job now is a) really difficult or b) really expensive. Some time ago I needed a plumber to press two 16mm water pipes with end caps for me. A slender 180€ including materials (only copper). He was the only one who even wanted to come. Since then I have my own press :p

Thank you very much for all the answers and warnings. I always try to do a lot myself, but I have enormous respect for electricity.

However, I have already connected lamps. I was only confused by the "jumper - green cable."

If I remember correctly, there used to be a series/two-way switch as a light switch.

I once took a photo of the "inside" of the lamp. There is a grounding cable attached directly to the housing.

But I will probably still have an expert take care of it. I don’t need extrasystoles in my little heart  Unless it is very easy to explain now. If it is as shown below, then I can manage it.
Neighbor, who knows a "little" about it, says: brown (red) to N, gray - fuse, black to L

Comparing something like this is really negligent... you can only shake your head. Surely the level of difficulty is similar, but completely different consequences are involved in this case.
