Conditions of banks, interest rate / term / special repayment

: where would also interest me and when? And whether with special repayment or without?

We finalized the financing in October with Commerzbank (including 5% special repayment/year).

Wow. They are currently advertising with 1.25%.

Really crazy.
Unfortunately, only 2 months without provision interest.
A bit annoying when building.

How did they assess the KfW funds for you? As equity?

Was there an interest surcharge for the special repayment?

The free provision period is 9 months for us, but I think we can manage that timewise. A special repayment was offered right away. No idea if an extra charge was applied for that. Even better conditions would have been available if we had previously been customers of Commerzbank... As I said, we are satisfied with the interest rate and did not look further.

You can also get it at every 5th Sparkasse or cooperative bank under the conditions.

And what do you use to repay then? After 10 years, there should be quite a bit off the principal, right...?
