Has a bank already confirmed to you that the relevant framework conditions are good?

How high should the total costs be and how much is your invested equity?

And what type of property should it be and what is its intended use?

I had already written that the basic conditions are good and thus I tend to lean towards your 1.4, with that you have answered my initial question, so it has been purposeful for me. This means for me that over 10 years offers should roughly range between 1.3 and 1.6.

Why not? We financed for 10 years, 50,000€ KfW, 200,000€ loan at the bank and average 1.37%...
