Well, the design of the outlet. With Zehnder and Co, these problems do not exist.

That is intentional, the condensate is normally supposed to flow back into the machine and be disposed of there via the drain. Otherwise it would run down the house wall. The issue is more the installation of the pipes in the garage, since everything stays in the lower part there.

And you are really, really sure about that?

Does any one of you have other outlets that are shaped differently and might already solve the problem for me because of that?

No, a differently shaped outlet will not help you because your "problem" is physical in nature and will resolve itself over time, as I have already described above.

Moreover, you would also need a combined one... and here the ones from Vallox are already the better ones. I don't think you are interested in completely changing your piping because of an unfounded "problem."

Can't you just put a normal outlet or a grille on it? I see no reason to use such a botched attachment. A simple exhaust grille should also work, right? But you can’t say for sure if that will completely solve the problem. It might still be too cold in the garage, causing condensation in the exhaust area. The more appropriate approach would be a targeted drainage of the exhaust duct.
