The part is made of plastic. Here are some pictures again. You can see that a lot of water collects in the front area because I screwed the part on slightly tilted. Behind it is my thinly inserted silicone cord. But you can also see that condensate collects on the left and right in the rear area, which can only flow back due to the shape. The water standing at the front edge also flows back into the pipe with normal installation. It flows to the left and down the slope to the pipe in front. The pipe itself is dry. Currently there is only very little water in the pipe. But you can already see how high the water usually stands there.

I also included a picture from the inside. What are your ideas on how to retrofit a drain there? Unfortunately, I am in the garage. I currently have nothing there that I could access.

My finding so far. According to Vallox planning, the water is apparently supposed to flow back into the pipe at all costs. We are missing the drain for that. Or what do you think?

P.S. do you work for Vallox?

No, I do not work for Vallox. But I am quite familiar with the [aufsätze]. Wait a few years, then the problem will solve itself. Your building is simply still too damp. Or rather, it will most likely disappear soon with the warmer temperatures in the near future.

That has nothing to do with it. There is a defect. No matter how old the building is.

Well then, fire away. I'm curious.

The fact that condensate forms there is completely clear, warm air meets cold air. What surprises me is, who designed the flap? It is also clear that the water will drip backwards if in doubt. The only chance is the rear-facing drainage..
