Where do you get that with KfW70?

I have to ask a silly question. I also have a calculation from my structural engineer according to the same DIN as in the [Schein]. He comes to 68 kWh / (m2•a) primary energy demand. For compliance with the Energy Saving Ordinance for new buildings, 73.30 would be required. Your primary energy demand is stated as 79.7. That would not even mean compliance with the Energy Saving Ordinance for me??? I am confused. Can someone clarify this for me?

I will try again in German *g*

My calculated primary energy demand = 68.
On the certificate from my structural engineer, it says I need 73.30 to comply with the energy saving ordinance.

On baschti's certificate it says: 79.7.

Based on the same DIN standard.

That is above the 73.30 specified by my structural engineer for the energy saving ordinance (so above "KFW 100"?).

How does that add up?

Maybe it all has to do with floor area, type of energy, etc. When I enter Energiesparausweiss in Google image search, there are always different values given as the maximum value of the energy saving ordinance.

Yes, but between 100 and 73 there is energetically speaking a small world.

Hello,

I actually expected €uro to respond here; he is probably still on his well-deserved Easter vacation.

I would have been very surprised too, but 240 mm is already very good.

That is initially standard, since with the thickness of the floor slab the structural engineer - based on the soil survey - has a say. But it would be new to me that this provider voluntarily offers a thicker floor slab.

This is not the certification for your bungalow, right?

Kfw 70: The decisive factor is the annual primary energy demand Qp. Here, the maximum value of a building may be, for example, max. 70% of the value for the reference building (100%) according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014. And the transmission heat loss H'T may be max. 85% of the value for the reference building according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014. With a primary energy demand of 79.7% you therefore do not achieve the desired value KfW 70; at least not without further measures.

Rhenish greetings
