Hello,
I have a rather specific question and hope that there might be someone here who has/had exactly this "problem" or this case and can tell me about it. Unfortunately, every call to KFW did not get me any further. We are building a single-family house. The building application was processed as an exemption procedure and was approved on time until the end of March 2021. Now we would like to change the house position by 2m, but since it is an exemption procedure, no changes are possible, only a "new procedure". In terms of content, this is the same as an amendment to a building permit. Formally, however, it is a new "permit". KFW is not able to answer me IN ADVANCE how they would assess this. Whether, if you have both permits, which you have to get anyway, you can still get the approval for the Baukindergeld. They agree with me that it is basically identical to an amendment to a building permission, where the permit remains valid, but they cannot promise anything. For us, however, this is not insignificant, and just leaving it to chance and hoping is very risky. I don’t understand why KFW cannot answer this matter when all key points are clear. They always refer to the examination after the application is submitted. But that only happens after moving in, by then the damage is already done. Is there maybe someone here who had exactly such a case and can report? Is there any way to reach someone at KFW who can make decisions? I have now talked to 4 different advisors. 2 advisors say they do not see it as problematic because it makes sense in terms of content. They would approve it. The other two say: The current permit applies. Period.
Of course, you can be lucky later on... or not...
So maybe there are BH here who had the same problem? For KFW, shifting the house is basically irrelevant anyway...
