Wall lamps and ceiling lamps. Outlets = cables sticking out ;)

Do not install "Simplex" LAN outlets (never makes sense) Modular patch panels, or do this part (in the HAR or utility room) yourself or contract separately, as developers etc. often overcharge here

Install network and satellite cables in the conduit and make them replaceable.

Network for outdoor access point (for terrace and garden) and LAN to the garage for a possible future wallbox.

Clarify where and how all LAN cables end, possibly agree on cable length. Simply nail everything to the wall or use a network cabinet or multimedia distributor? Determine the size!

We also have an outdoor socket on the terrace, unfortunately there is none at the front door or similar, because of the Christmas lights. Therefore, I would buy a wallbox in 2022 as well, since it is easy to plan that during new construction. The satellite antenna should not go on the roof, but if possible on the carport or similar. At least it should be easily accessible when you need to get to it, for example to replace the LNB. I don’t think much of all the LAN cabling; in practice, a small house works well with WiFi. Don’t let anyone sell you lamps with dusk sensors or motion detectors, that Chinese stuff works for three years and then no longer. The lamp has a switch to turn on and off, period. That’s my advice.
