Keystone is optimal and simple. I have installed nearly 400 pieces in the house. I can do it in my sleep now.

Find out beforehand whether type A or type B is wired to the sockets.

You get yourself an electronics side cutter, a coarse side cutter, and a small pipe wrench. Then a few Telegärtner AMJ-K or -S modules (with the correct type A or B) and two or three bottles of beer. And the matching module holder (=patch panel).

And then have fun with it for an evening. After one or two modules and three or four sips of beer, it goes really smoothly.

Nowadays, modules are actually mounted and installed with appropriate carrier plates in the electronic hollow wall boxes. Alternatively, with a patch panel in the cabinet. Afterwards, the whole thing should ideally be certified to Class Ea (measured).

We only use LSA+ in extreme emergencies.

How does Keystone work, do you also have to pull out the individual 8 strands from the cable and wire them separately? You have to, it doesn’t work any other way, right?

Yes, but it's really not difficult.

You always have to terminate, the advantage is rather that later in case of any changes on the patch panel you only have to replug. Edit: regardless of that, I really find it a pity that an electrician doesn’t point out that just the cables alone are not enough. I mean, most of those who answer here know that. But to just assume that as an electrician? *shakes head* I’m wondering if there are also electricians who bring power cables into the cabinet and then say “well, connecting wasn’t agreed upon. You’ll manage.”
