Carport parking spaces smaller than planned - tolerate?

how is a carport with a width of 530cm supposed to have a clear internal dimension of 510cm? a roof overhang is absolutely necessary, which is why the posts are set back.

the carport on the drawing has a width of 550cm! the posts or the support wall are drawn in and are 20cm wide... therefore an internal dimension of 530cm.

meanwhile, I have also measured a few spots in the underground garage... there is quite a bit missing in the area between parking spaces (visually speaking, from the rear end of the car) and the opposite wall... meaning the "driving lane" is about 30cm narrower.

addition: more precisely, the carport was originally probably planned in such a way that it has a wall at the back and on one side (don't know how high) and on the wall on one side at the back and front there is a support standing on which the roof rests. on the other side, the finished garage then functions as a support. at least this is evident from the plan (exposé drawing) and the associated architectural plans. an overhanging roof is not visible/drawn here
