Ah, I see... yes... they installed a different carport than intended. There are various versions after all.

And it can be described in the construction service description like this: "Carport System Schmitz or equivalent". Drawings can sometimes be provided for information and do not necessarily have to be binding. If they are not named as attachments in the purchase contract, I do not necessarily see the information contained therein as guaranteed. The carport parking space remains a minor issue (at least, unless it was also offered to a non-apartment buyer). From my point of view, the original poster has a 50/50 chance in the third instance; for that, one can already get a carport ;-)

With generous space that wouldn't be so bad, but when it's already so damn tight every centimeter is worth gold. And 15cm less is for me already far beyond any tolerance.

For me too, definitely. The decisive factor here legally will be the rank of the dimension that was undershot as a guaranteed characteristic. I suspect that (if legally only "1 parking space" was purchased) the judge will say: it is a minor matter, and if the carport supplier is replaced by one with a different construction system without reservation or obligation to inform, it is acceptable.

What does your developer say about that?

how is a carport with 530cm width supposed to have a clear interior dimension of 510cm? a roof overhang is absolutely necessary, which is why the posts are inset. the dimensions on the first drawing were certainly "offer dimensions" for a rough overview and not a finished construction with exact values. but I can understand you, as our carport is also narrower than we thought. but that was my fault. I thought with 6 meters width from the house to the border I only have to subtract 2x posts, but hehheh ^^ much more is missing... next time I'll build 6.5m away or even 7m. there would have been space on the other side...
