Measuring something briefly in the evening is not worth mentioning... catching the builders, however, is more than just a Herculean task in the current times. At least in our area...

No, the last payment is still outstanding. There are still several other things to be done and repaired anyway.

A drawing, as you have it, might possibly clarify some questions. 5.50... 2 beams of 20cm, which I consider very bulky... then I come to 5.10, not matching your 5.30.

Only the half-high walls should be 20cm thick... on top of them are the supporting pillars, which of course are drawn thinner. Besides that, as mentioned, only at the back and on one side is there such a wall... on the other side, the adjacent finished garage is the "wall" and support of the carport roof. It is exactly as I said, according to the plan 5.30m interior width of the carport; in reality 5.15m.

Then address it and even better have an expert check it out. It costs about €1000 for us. After that, you should know what is possible or not.
