Doesn't the architectural plan also count as a guaranteed characteristic?? According to it, it should be a total of 5.30m, instead of the actual 5.15m. I mean, they can't just leave out 15cm from the apartment itself and say you ordered 3 rooms and you got 3 rooms. I know what you're getting at, but that seems a bit too general to me.

Apartments are priced by square meters, parking spaces by single / double stacked / double side by side / with or without gate, etc., but 263 cm wide and 271 cm wide typically cost the same. Nobody weighs that gram by gram. If you did not explicitly buy "suitable for Phaeton," then only Passat fits.

With all due respect, what you're saying is nonsense again; if floor plan drawings are the basis, then the developer is obliged to adhere to them.

This brings us back to the thread where the client of the developer is not really a client but a freelancer and must accept the developer’s rules. I also think that if the plans have been notarized, they must be followed.

Depends on how the outdoor facilities or parking spaces are even marked in the plan. So, I'll just say openly: I don't know. But I can't imagine that parking spaces marked in the plan are binding. Unless they are actually dimensioned.

So they are definitely dimensioned... The external measurement of the carport is 5.50m and the internal measurement is 5.30m. The square meters are also indicated. The external measurement was adhered to, even very precisely (5.51m)... only the supports have been set significantly too far inward.
