Hello, the building application documents are currently being prepared. The house is planned to get a carport one to two years later. Without, as well as with a carport, it would be a simplified approval process (according to the development plan). I would have the documents (structural analysis etc.) for the carport provided to me in advance by the manufacturer. 1. Is it advisable to include this directly in the building application and have it approved together? I imagine that this could save me approval costs (authority/architect) in two years. 2. Can I then build the same carport but from a different manufacturer? 3. What would be the approximate costs for the approval of a carport? Thank you very much for your help!
