Hello everyone,
Perhaps someone has a similar case.
We are currently at the end of the planning phase.
The submission plan is almost finished.
Regarding the garage height, our architect has submitted an inquiry to the municipality; they wanted to see the elevations. We have planned an extension. The development plan states that shed roofs are permitted for this, but now the municipality says they want to remove this sentence from the development plan. And instead, a gable roof is supposed to be installed, which is not so easy to implement.
Can they just do that? Who will then pay for the architect’s planning?
Now everything will be looked at more closely before a decision is made.
Does anyone have a similar case or tip?
Thank you in advance.
