Foundations are approximately 70 m3

Excavation only 60 cbm, so that means removing about a 20 cm layer. Foundation 70 cbm, so about 80 cm deeper excavation.

I have a bit of a slope, I would then use the earth to model the terrain. Drainage is about 5000€ net, I have that separately. This is primarily about the costs for the foundation here, 30000€ is being quoted. Just wanted to get an assessment whether the price is reasonable.

I never said that the soil will be enough for modeling, only that I want to model with it.
