Unfortunately, you have to pull everything out of you and only get half-usable information in small portions :( 30,000 EUR for what? You don’t mean just item 8, do you!? If that is the case, I personally consider that massively overpriced.

No, items 1 to 8 are 30,000€. Here is everything broken down.

I recommend that you, like someone else before, obtain additional comparison offers. Compared to my region and prices known/possible to me, your estimate is too expensive. Aside from that, it is also incomplete, so it would certainly become even more expensive. At least have the disposal costs itemized for your own overview as well.

What is missing? And how much more expensive is it compared to your region?

For example, the mentioned disposal, without which, in my opinion, you probably won't manage. Compaction, possibly sand, etc. ....

I can't tell you exactly. Overall, the items seem to be priced in the higher segment to me. Therefore, I recommend obtaining comparative offers to get a better feel for it. Here you will also see the differences and be made aware of what might still be missing ....

Price-wise, it starts with fine grading (compared to mine twice as expensive) and ends with excavation and concrete. For foundation concrete (pos. 7), for example, you can assume that 1 cbm of concrete currently costs maybe max. 150 EUR (in my case it was 109 EUR in autumn 21) and will be backfilled in one day. I find the set 16,100 EUR to be priced too high.

For the foundation concrete, the formwork construction, etc. is also included – is that included in your price?
