Calculation of strip foundation for a bungalow

This is primarily about the costs for the foundation here, 30,000€ are being asked. Just wanted to have an assessment whether the price is okay.

I recommend that you, like someone else before, obtain additional comparison offers. Compared to my region and prices known/possible to me, your estimate is too expensive. Aside from that, it is also incomplete, so it would certainly become even more expensive. At least have the disposal costs itemized for your own overview as well.

For foundation concrete (pos. 7), for example, you can assume that 1 cbm of concrete currently costs maybe max. 150 EUR (in my case it was 109 EUR in autumn 21) and will be backfilled in one day. I find the set 16,100 EUR to be priced too high.
