Typical maintenance contract, typical price - whereby the intervals are usually given as one to two years depending on the manufacturer and device. Bosch sometimes only every three years. Maintenance is not legally mandatory.

We pay €250 per year for the maintenance of the air-water heat pump. However, the maintenance itself only takes place every 2 years, so €500 per maintenance.

What irritates me much more about halmi's calculation are the €2000 electricity costs despite photovoltaic systems with an annual consumption of 8000 kWh. We have an annual consumption of 11,000 kWh and thanks to photovoltaic systems we pay just under €800 per year. We have to draw about half from the grid.
