Tomorrow I will look at a house with the same build, and I will ask about every single socket whether it is included in the price. I will ask which extras are installed in the house.
The only thing you are buying is what is stated in the construction service description and the contract. The pictures are just illustrative.
Have them give you the construction service description. There are lots of extras shown in the photos, I can bet on that.
Criticism would be that there is way too little storage space for four people, since there is no basement. I think if there were only three of you, then a whole room would remain free, which would be good.
The children's rooms in the end-terrace houses do not have regular windows, only double casement windows, which would bother me.
There should be enough space for one person. Also for a couple as well as a small child. If a family grows, one can move out and sell. A terraced house is ideal as a starter property for singles or a couple.
This TH has two storage rooms. In the entrance hall, there is even space for a wardrobe cabinet. Some single-family houses don’t have that much storage space.
And if the OP arranges the storage room as a dressing room and a home office upstairs, it is affordable quality of life that he achieves.
Not quite. There are 3 and 4 houses with staggered roofs.
Declaration of division is therefore quite important and should not be taken lightly. With the terraced house construct, presumably other things are possible than with the apartment construct.
!
I usually tend to be a skeptic, but more so with a single-family house, where the OP thinks he wants to repay a high loan on €2000 salary because he says he is frugal. Then he ends up in a garden of at least 500 sqm with corresponding work, which no longer lets him get out into the world to look around among the ladies. Not to mention "being able to afford it."
Here it looks a bit different in my opinion – solid thought with a compact garden.
Personally, I would have nothing against communal property either. The plots are separated and regulated.
And no, : no neighbor will take your terrace or your area away from you, borrow it, or use it ;)
