Hello,

The children's rooms in the end-of-terrace houses do not have normal windows, only double casement windows, that would bother me.

A bit generic, isn't it? I just moved into one, really divided, with a basement and everything that is missing here was standard with us including all outdoor facilities and floor coverings.

The house offered here would be too narrow for me. It will feel cramped.

We also owned one, even divided according to [WEG]. Not bad, not really good means the overall concept RH. Always a compromise that saves money. Little land. Neighbors close by. Many stairs, narrow layouts, limited storage space if without a basement. On the other hand, this presented type is good for three people to live in, better than renting, also, I think, better than a [EW]. It is not meant disparagingly. Karsten

I would still consider it more individually: a large garden would be a no-go for us because we have little time and travel a lot. Besides, we want to live as much as possible in the city center and the alternative there would be a condominium with even more neighbors. With 650cm, the floor plan isn’t really narrow either. On the other hand, it cost almost twice as much (of course also due to the location) as a comparably equipped single-family house further out on the city outskirts.

Have them give you the construction service description. There are lots of extras shown in the photos, I can bet on that.

There should be enough space for one person. Also for a couple as well as a small child. If a family grows, one can move out and sell. A terraced house is ideal as a starter property for singles or a couple.
This TH has two storage rooms. In the entrance hall, there is even space for a wardrobe cabinet. Some single-family houses don’t have that much storage space.
And if the OP arranges the storage room as a dressing room and a home office upstairs, it is affordable quality of life that he achieves.

!

I usually tend to be a skeptic, but more so with a single-family house, where the OP thinks he wants to repay a high loan on €2000 salary because he says he is frugal. Then he ends up in a garden of at least 500 sqm with corresponding work, which no longer lets him get out into the world to look around among the ladies. Not to mention "being able to afford it."
Here it looks a bit different in my opinion – solid thought with a compact garden.

Personally, I would have nothing against communal property either. The plots are separated and regulated.

And no, : no neighbor will take your terrace or your area away from you, borrow it, or use it ;)

Thank you very much for your participation.

Ok, understood the ideal and real division, thanks for the detailed explanation. I will ask about it tomorrow right away and if so, what is all included and whether it will also incur additional costs for the management. What I also take away is that I urgently need to demand the construction service description and get clarity about the wood pellet heating system, what costs will come my way.

And about the windows in the attic, now that you mention it, I don’t really like it either. I really have to check tomorrow how it looks, how much light comes in, and whether I can deal with it.

If I have further information, I will get back here again.
