Children's room windows: My suggestion was less about the incoming daylight and more about the possibility for the little inhabitants to look outside. Best regards

A nice Saturday afternoon to everyone.
Already got into trouble because I posted the link here to Immoscout :D...
But I wanted to quickly check in and write that I will not buy the house. There were many things I liked, but also too many I didn't (topic ideal division). The wood pellet heating is operated by an energy supplier, meaning major savings are not possible, I really wonder why such a thing is even there. Additional costs would really not have come my way because it was so standardly set up in the model I looked at (I liked it), the family living in the show house confirmed that to me. Besides that, the plan on Immoscout was outdated and the developer was not sympathetic enough.

Nevertheless, I am grateful for the many responses here.. Now I know in which investment volume I can buy a property.

Best regards

With that income, wouldn't a small detached house be possible? Or what's next now?

Would also take an apartment. Just want to have something of my own soon and for it to fit at least 95%.

On Monday I have an appointment at the bank. More will be clarified then. What interest rates I get. Depending on that, maybe more or less is possible.
