You would already have the problem of the "curbside". And storage? Where? It may be that it doesn't pay off now, but there are expenses not included that you should fairly add for comparison. There was someone here once who then had storage problems and didn't know where to put the piles of tiles.

That seems to be the case, but you don't do that if you are satisfied with the standard. You do it when you want to upgrade. And then it is a surcharge vs external offer for the higher status minus credit. And for me, it always became cheaper except for the preparatory earthworks.

€17,000 is calculated in the house price for tiles (145 sqm). Material value €20, bathroom completely tiled to the ceiling

The local guy is already giving you 30% "without batting an eye." He still doesn't earn just €3 per sqm.
Everyone involved in the process wants to make something.

I find it difficult to sort or compile the information. How many square meters of wall or floor tiles are we talking about? What size are the "standard tiles" for 20 EUR? And is the surcharge of 95 EUR the pure extra cost for the tile, or does it maybe already include the extra cost for laying a different size, etc.? Or would that be additional on top of the 95 EUR?
