My professional mindset would also increase the pulse mentally. After this long wait, only closing your eyes and pushing through counts. Finally heating, finishing, moving in, and being happy. Compared to the even longer wait, 500€ is still a relatively inexpensive compensation for the pain.

Kaulsdorf is also relatively elongated and stretches north of the b1 from Hellersdorf to south of Köpenick. To happen to come across one of what feels like hundreds of new buildings, but not in a new development area, would indeed be a big coincidence...

It is supposed to be delivered to the heating technician on Friday and installed by me on Tuesday.

I also learned today that our heat pump will probably be shipped to the wholesaler/heating engineer by the end of the week. Due to the long waiting time (ordered in 09/2021), I am still a bit skeptical. Tomorrow we have a meeting with the general contractor about the final activities. If all goes well, we will be in the new house by the end of 02/2022. As of today, I am quite stressed from the past 6 months of construction time. Would I build again right now???
Yesterday we had a blower door test... a very good result of 0.57 was achieved.
What about your electrician? Did he go missing during the construction phase?

Wow 0.57 is really good! Yes, I have to check if it was accidentally boxed by the drywall installer. Sometimes I hear such strange noises... o_O

How far along are you with your delivery of the heat pump? My Arotherm Plus 35/6 and the Unitower were delivered today. The Unitower is already fully connected, and tomorrow the outdoor unit will be installed. The system should be running by the end of the day. Moving into the new house is planned for Saturday.
