Hmm… well… in other places here in the forum, 2,500€-3,000€ per square meter are all too often described as unrealistic or unachievable, or, if kindly put, as difficult to achieve.

Ok, admittedly I have the prices from Penny from the developers in mind.
My fixed price is, after adjustment due to the crisis, at €1,750/m²

But there will also be plenty of people who tell you that you can't get a decent car for under €50,000 ;)

A) SH
B) no children's bathroom
C) no stove
D) no KNX
etc.
There are some reputable low-cost providers in SH Northern Germany with standard equipment.

As a builder in SH, I am naturally all the more pleased about that

It frightens me even more what nowadays is considered the "minimum" to build a house that even remotely corresponds to the sense of prosperity.

Children's bathroom? Stove, that is chimney? KNX, meaning total home automation... is that really an elevated standard nowadays, without which it no longer works?
I already consider a second toilet a luxury in the new house... and I didn't live in a hole in the ground in the Harz all those years before?

There we are two.
Of the things listed, I have only occasionally missed the second toilet so far.
