I think so too. The large garden will also be the center of attention for the daughter, especially on warm days. We are looking forward to it and hope that the move in July will go according to plan :cool:I also think that's enough. In my opinion, the reason children like to play in the living room is less about the size of the room and more about the location of the rooms. I know very few to no children who like to play alone in the otherwise empty upstairs. They don't get to know what's happening downstairs and usually that's probably the appeal of playing in the living room - everyone is there and you can hear what the parents are talking about. We lived on the ground floor and we preferred to play in my parents' study - right next to the living room.
