Bungalow with a granny flat

Hello!
I am currently spending a lot of time online again and am still looking for a suitable bungalow with a granny flat. This should be about 45 m². The total living space should be approximately 155 m².
Does anyone here know of a comparable floor plan or a [Fertihausanbieter] who has something like this in their program? So far I haven't been able to find anything... or only for astronomical sums.

Does anyone have information? That would really be great!

An architect is exactly what you need; he designs exactly what you want. But I think you are looking for the solution that costs nothing...

An architect always costs the same, whether you pay for it yourself or the general contractor includes it in the calculations.

I don't need a general contractor because I will build the construction myself as a bricklayer. The trades will be awarded to craft businesses that I know well and whose services I am familiar with. I'm concerned about the floor plan. For that, I neither need an architect nor a general contractor. I'm just looking for a nice floor plan.

I never said everything should be cheap or free. I have several floor plans available, but I don't like them. The nice thing about prefabricated house providers is that they post their floor plans online. That way, you can compare... not steal or copy.

The "astronomical sums" refer to houses that ultimately have 220 m² of living space and start at 280,000 euros. This value is already a kind of benchmark for me.

Have you ever tried the image search for bungalow with [Einliegerwohnung]? I saw some floor plans there.
