Bungalow 90 sqm - Floor plan ideas

Hello,

we want to build a 90sqm bungalow with a partially covered terrace and have now tried to put our ideas on paper. We have already been to an architect, but he didn’t come up with any ideas; he just wants to adjust our plan :confused: - definitely doesn’t make a good impression, and we will also consult another one who can improve our ideas with his own creativity and experience. To simply get some inspiration, we hope for your help here, so attached you will find our preliminary planning.

What is important to us:
- four rooms
- open kitchen + counter with seating (a dining table is explicitly not desired, as we rarely use it in our apartment)
- fireplace
- underfloor heating
- air/water heat pump

The terrace should be placed in the top right corner and then continue along the right side of the house. North is top left, the garden is at the back, and in front is a small access road (very little traffic!!)

Is there already a plot of land? Without information about the plot and the location, it is not really serious to answer.
In which federal state, city or municipality is it supposed to be built?
