Building without antenna and SAT-CAT cable without conduit?

I also asked our site manager about it again, and he said that it shouldn't make much difference for the plaster whether the CAT cable is in the conduit or not. Still have to wait and see how much the whole thing will cost extra...

I'm just wondering why he wants extra money for what is "necessary according to DIN or recognized rules of technology"? He should do it according to regulations - that’s good. Without the pipe -> against regulations. So he is not allowed to build it like that. I don’t see any additional costs here. Unfortunately: in practice, it’s not worth discussing this for longer than an hour for the "low but outrageous and inexplicable" 100 euro additional price.

That's exactly how I saw it too. It would be a pointless discussion because on the phone they argued that the DIN norm contradicts itself in parts (pipe obligation VS no 90° angles) - she literally said on the phone "but you are allowed to be BETTER than the norm, that's why we omit the pipe."
