well, commissioning a project for several hundred thousand euros automatically means a lot of personal responsibility and commitment. Regardless of the area of life, I never rely solely on the opinion of one! expert anyway. At the very least, I carry out a plausibility check using my general knowledge (that’s how I was drilled in math back in the day!). Or I ask my family or other experts ;)
Have you ever thought about hiring an independent construction supervisor?
Sorry, don’t get me wrong, but what’s all this abstract smart-ass nonsense about? I clearly formulated my question: does anyone have experience with a building notification and can comment on the risks? Or does it make sense to cancel the ongoing building application now, or would that possibly result in even more chaos?
In my opinion, I don’t need to be lectured here. I myself am a construction manager in civil engineering and have enough on my plate every day professionally. So yes, I have to be able to rely on others from time to time and also expect them to know their job!
And since they apparently don’t, I’m now investing my time chasing after this bureaucratic crap and trying to save a situation that should actually have been avoided from the start. But that’s not the main question here, who is to blame for what.
