Consistently absolutely unreflective statements. For most people here, the issue is that there is absolutely no planning security. About 3 weeks ago, the conditions were significantly better than they are now, so many people here would have been able to realize their dream of owning a home. And we are not talking about a gifted installment, but installments around 2,000 - 2,500€. That is significantly more than an average earner receives. We both earn very well and still have installments for us that amount to around 2,500€ over 30 years, which is very high, especially when planning a family and having to do without one income for a certain period.
The statement "yes, still cheaper than at the bank" means absolutely nothing here. The conditions from 3 weeks ago were significantly better than the current ones.
