[*]The KfW published in a circular dated 28.02.2024 that from 01.03.2024 the documentation of the financing discussion on the form "Proof of a consultation by the house bank or an explanatory discussion by a financial intermediary" is no longer required for programs 297/298 and 300.
[*]This means that in future, the non-detrimental conclusion of a supply or service contract is generally only possible after the application has been received by the KfW. This regulation previously only applied to developer or purchase contracts. The date of application submission at the bank is not relevant for eligibility in these programs.

That’s exactly the point. And the government even prides itself on that.
