Building description for a single-family house with a basement

I have now received a pretty good offer. I would like to attach the [Bau und Leistungsbeschreibung], but I can't upload a PDF. Is there any way to do that? It would be great if someone could quickly read through it.

After many discussions and impressions on-site in new buildings, we have now decided on underfloor heating and a heat pump + photovoltaic + controlled residential ventilation.

Price for house + basement ready to move in including flooring, painting, and technology €350,000 gross.
Photovoltaic 9.75 kWp + 7.5 kWh storage another €18,000 gross.

The garage in the offer €28,000 (masonry with gable roof) would be removed and instead the house would be brought up to [Kfw 40+]. I just need to ask the [GU] what the step from [KFW 55] to [KFW 40] costs additionally. We have a meeting planned for next week.

That works. However, most people can’t open them, or are reluctant to do so, because PDFs have to be downloaded on phones and tablets. Few people want that, because then the data is stored. Taking photos and posting pictures is better.
