I miscalculated. It’s not €350,000 but rather €375,000 anyway. I have to deduct the garage and add the basement conversion again

A garage for 28 thousand (I assume a standard double garage) is unfortunately quite a good offer given the current persistent high price level for garages. But: either you really don't need it and can of course save it, or you actually do need it and then have to acquire or build it elsewhere; then it's not a sensible idea. You can park a car in a garage, what can you do in KfW40+? - KfW40+ is not for someone who has to organize the budget for it by redistribution, but a "I can afford this" treat for someone for whom it is important to be among the showcase vegans in their local Greta club. Or to quote the late Grandpa Willy once again: it’s as unnecessary as a boil :-) My legendary helpfulness notwithstanding, but: no thanks - reading 40+ "pages" of construction service description exceeds even my "11ante" patience, so I gladly let "volunteers go first". As OP, one should then please extract the essentials of the misunderstood or questionable parts.

I have read the description and of course there are mentions of bauseits here and there. However, it is difficult to say how much that adds up to. This earthworks position with the flat rates invites hidden costs. Something like a sectional door at the garage bauseits can easily be checked to see what additional costs come on top.

Otherwise, I agree. What do you get from kfw40+? For me, the added value for a double garage is a thousand times higher...

Ahem ... that would above all be a clear indication not to read the rest of the construction service description any further, as it speaks for a rather only superficially serious provider: a garage without a door is a carport, it is missing an essential value-added part.

Garden leveling, disposal + removal of soil
Construction site security
Base waterproofing...
Otherwise common additional costs. Electrical work looks better than usual. Floor coverings are also included.
But repeatedly it refers to the client side.
I just skimmed through.
