That's why I have no desire to rent out. I want to hold max. shares in real estate corporations, but I don't want to waste my time with "direct renting."

For me, it is specifically about a quite realistic option for 640 sqm.


It is not an option. There were some hints in a few posts about "new construction with separate condominium" (later for care or rental) or renovation of the current house. Maybe I misunderstood that ;)

There have already been many good suggestions in this thread. From "build your dream house if you can" to: "building, alone? I wouldn’t feel like it anymore."

It really makes you think. I will take care of the property anyway, it will take two or three months and then we’ll see.

Of course, the construction project does not work with ALG II, but I think that is clear to everyone. Otherwise, no sale was actually at a loss, so that on the contrary you basically have more time to save for the last property, but in the meantime you can already live in your own home. It has gone relatively smoothly so far, and I do not count myself in any way among the "middle class" defined by Mr. Merz. ;) But as I already mentioned, you of course have to reconcile this style with your personal preferences. Edit: I have never owned more than one finished house at a time.

Oh, I think you misunderstood that. It was about a self-contained area that could be for the children. Later for care, that would be more like own use.

When it comes to concerns about protection against dismissal:

Registering personal need takes its time - if care suddenly becomes necessary, it can take too long.
