Building a house with an architect - Which heating system?

We intend to build next year. The plot has been purchased and we are currently working on our house with a friendly architect. Now the question arises: how should it be heated? Gas is not available at our new place of residence. So geothermal energy :-) Now my problem - my wife wants it to be warm, at least 23-24 degrees, especially in winter she cannot stand it otherwise. Do geothermal heat pumps bring a house to this temperature? If yes, are the electricity costs still affordable at all?

Thank you very much for your answers.

Of course, that's possible and with proper planning it doesn't cost more than with gas – rather less.

The insulation of the house does the rest ;)

If it is still important - I have a small photovoltaic system (2011) with 4.5 KW on my current house. I still receive 16.74 cents per KW for self-consumption (current self-consumption approx. 45%)

Of course it's possible (also affordable). We (house approx. KFW 55, 250sqm living space - 300sqm plot, average temperature 22 degrees) have now spent 11 months in the new house and have used less than 3,000KWh of electricity so far – heating and hot water for five people. You can calculate the cost yourself and find it reasonable ;) The fireplace in the house was lit at most 15 times in the evening and didn’t really serve any heating purposes.

How large is your hot water storage tank and what is the capacity of the heat pump?

: We have a domestic hot water storage tank with 500 liters as well as a Waterkotte Eco Touch Ai DS 5014.5 with 10.3 kW heating capacity. COP overall is at 4.6/4.7 - not bad.
