We did that too ;) However, it is difficult for us to find any installer who has even a basic understanding of heat pumps...

Ah, that’s of course nice - I’m currently still worried about the size of the [Warmwasserspeichers], because we have something quite water-intensive planned for the shower and my wife also showers long & hot :D

Forget about the [Warmwasserspeicher]. Maybe your wife will skip the "long" showers when it gets really cold for the first time.

Do you know how much the ventilation system and the drilling each cost? That's quite a chunk...

Approximate values: Drilling 2x 80m €9,000 Ventilation system €12,000 Rest = heat pump + underfloor heating €25,000 There may be some shifting between the items since we initially had individual prices and finally bought a lump sum (after price negotiations).
