Thanks again for all the tips. Our move-in date is in November! At 22 years old, I will probably be one of the younger builders here in the forum.

Whether I should congratulate you now... many things are possible. Even 12-year-olds can now father children that are carried by 13-year-old girls. Some get married at 18. Whether all that makes sense is another matter.

But of course I wish you luck and that you will not regret it.

Good luck, I’m curious. You haven’t posted a floor plan, have you? Even though I would have strongly advised my daughter against building a house at that age. At 21, you have other things to do. I’m simply damaged by the many mothers from my youth who made up for what they missed at 20 in their late 30s.

At that age, a house would probably be an absolute horror for 99%. But if it works for you, then go for the [Bulleten]. If you sell it again in a few years, that's not a problem either...

Oh well,

Very nice, then everything worked out.

Tell me more, what kind of house it will be, how big, construction method, etc.

It always depends on where you live in Germany. There are areas where you can only sell at a loss, which is really a shame. Best regards Sabine
