I don't even know how to properly start this thread. I hope I am in the right section here. I'll just start..

I am still quite young, but I have always decided that only a prefabricated house is an option for me. My interest is not just for a few months, but rather for several years, as I plan my future ahead. I want to build so early because I want to have the house paid off as early as possible. I have already visited several well-known prefabricated house companies and I am simply impressed. Since we live not far from a company headquarters (Frankenberg), I have also been to model houses several times.

A permanent job with a regular salary is of course a requirement, which I meet.
A plot of land is already available, so I don't have to worry about that.
Equity capital will also be available.

My question is simply whether there are also young builders represented here who might share their experiences with me. Perhaps also recommendations on whether my decision to take on such commitments so early is the wrong one...

I already thank you for any help.

Greetings from Hessen!

Why should there be anything against it if it is your greatest wish and you can also afford it. Have fun making your dream come true

if the finances are right and you really want to (?)

only it would be too early for me personally. At 21 I had finished training and the military and was on the prowl for young girls. I didn't really think about a house back then,,,

A girlfriend has been around for 5 years, so that's already ruled out
of course there would also be the option to stay in an apartment or with my parents at first, but for me it is mainly about paying off the house earlier rather than later.

A bakery saleswoman also has a regular salary and earns net less than €1500 for 40 hours.

Throw out some numbers (salary; how big should your house be and what should it roughly cost?)! There is a reason why currently no one under 25 is building here in the forum. It’s not just the reasons that Hilfe mentions.

Besides, not everyone is a Thomas Müller who has already spent half his life with his childhood sweetheart.

A cabin like that sells again quickly depending on the location. At 21, however, I preferred to travel and bought myself a nice car. I would never have wanted a house commitment and all the stress.

You have to decide that yourself.
