I think that the tree was placed on X for valid reasons. In my opinion, the space is somewhat larger.

The yet unplanted tree should move away from X in the direction of the arrow.

If it were standing at my parking space, I would puke too. However, relocating it away from the garage, where it can basically cause trouble structurally (friends have a garage under a neighbor’s walnut tree... you don’t want that), is at least understandable.

Otherwise: I am not a German teacher – and if a text is too hard for me to read, I don’t read it and I don’t respond to it...

Then best buy a condominium in Berlin Mitte on the third floor with an underground garage, there are no trees there. Anyone who buys a house and does not want any trees, bushes, or anything else nearby, with all due respect, is out of their mind.
