... and it probably bothers the OP almost as much as tree resin ...I find it inappropriate to immediately dismiss it as "someone missed the point" just because you don't feel that way yourself.
... or he quickly understood that the majority here are people who take their lease-end settlement calmly. Fact is: the seller is more free in changing side issues here than some buyers would like. The OP has thought about which of the essentially identical houses he wants to choose, which are not subject to the standard purchase contract and - if the seller accepts them at all - would have had to be fixed in a side agreement, like: "the buyer chose this weekend partly because of the distance between the associated parking space and the intended trees; the seller will make no changes in this regard or otherwise offer the buyer the assignment of another parking space". : did you seek a dialogue with the seller regarding assigning you a different parking space? If I were the seller, I would be willing to do so if you also took over the notary costs for the change from the "exchange partner". There might possibly be a unit not yet sold, then that would be easiest. Which house would be yours?might be, perhaps the OP has also calmed down through the answers and realizes that it is not as bad/won't be as bad as he feared.
