100,000 per case sounds like a lot, but just as an example: let's say in the worst case there's an eternal construction stop, you are in repayment and still paying rent, no one agrees, etc. etc. A high coverage amount is reassuring.
It is a legal expenses insurance: the 100,000 does not refer to the damage, but to process and/or attorney costs. That is exactly what I meant with my inquiry. Many think that a damage of up to 100,000 is financially covered, like with home contents insurance.
