I wonder how that works. In the end, you could almost argue with every craftsman because no one works according to specifications. If you had such an insurance, you could withhold a lot of money and annoy the craftsmen quite a bit. That is certainly not in the interest of the inventor..

Usually, legal expenses insurers only provide coverage approval if there are prospects of success. Especially in this specialized area, there will already be enough clauses, conditions, and ancillary obligations that simply prevent the use of the insurance.

According to the insurance conditions, for example, the insurer has the option to terminate the contract after two insurance claims within twelve months. Therefore, one should rather not use the insurance for every little thing.

For a 7-figure construction sum, you should definitely invest the 1000 € per year. Even if it's just to sleep more peacefully.

I don't understand the discussion. This misconception that insurance companies won't pay anyway and that you always have to read the fine print... blah blah. Nowadays, hardly any insurance company can afford not to pay an insured claim. And no, the savings bank employee really has no idea about insurance. It's simply not part of his insurance. Örag has a good reputation and the terms are quite readable. The misconception arises because many of these injured people want to settle claims with the attitude "I've never had a claim before, but somehow I have to use my insurance." Here you should definitely trust your gut feeling. By the way, after a claim, both insurer and insured are allowed to cancel. This is the case in all property insurance.

Quite a lot of a perfect world, Mr. Insurance Salesman That may perhaps apply to standard products like household contents and motor vehicles, but in such niches and with high amounts, things often go differently. Just ask the many who have to sue their [BU providers] for benefits and litigate for many years.
