Quite a lot of happy world, Mr. Insurance Salesman That may apply to standard products like household contents and motor vehicles, but in such niches and with high amounts it often goes differently. Just ask the many who have to sue their disability insurance providers for benefits and litigate for many years.
Yep, by chance I deal a lot with exactly these products (life insurance, employed specialist) (disability insurance). In doing so, I repeatedly notice these blanket statements. But if you take a closer look at these lawsuits, even as a layperson you will see that the customer simply is not entitled to any benefits. I am happy to provide examples for this. I would be more interested in the insurers' payout rates, as they are forced to pay due to this notorious lawsuit rate. My statement was not meant to blindly endorse anything but rather to encourage people to at least read the terms and conditions once. Let's be honest, who voluntarily reads such things anyway, except FOR CIVIL SERVANTS
