Legal protection insurance for house construction?

Oerag
Allianz
And Sparkasse

Oerag is virtually part of the savings banks and actually offers the insurance, but only in combination with real estate financing or a building insurance.

Exactly, Oerag is the product that you can get exclusively through the Sparkassen. Does anyone have details about Allianz? That is new to me

We had already searched for it in 2014. But since it takes 6 months lead time before the insurance takes effect, which also includes the purchase of the [grundstück], we discarded it again. Although we had received documents from Allianz, it was too late.
